REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with naritrendz. We aim to provide high-quality products and ensure that every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.
NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE
All products purchased from naritrendz are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. We request customers to carefully review the product description, images, and size details before placing an order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Size or fitting issues
• Slight color differences due to screen display or lighting
• Personal preferences
• Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
Because of the nature of our products and hygiene standards, once a product is sold it cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, the following details are required:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product received
• A complete unboxing video of the package
The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.
After verification by our support team, we will arrange a replacement for the same product if the claim is approved.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Replacement requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
• If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery
• If an unboxing video is not provided
• If the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• If the original packaging or tags are missing
• If the damage appears to be caused after the product was delivered
PRODUCT COLOR DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography, slight variations in color may occur. Such differences are not considered product defects.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
In rare cases where cancellation is approved before the order is shipped, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
We generally do not offer refunds as all products are non-returnable. Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
• If a replacement product is not available
• If the order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, naritrendz will arrange the replacement shipment.
